Recall that she shared a video and images on social media in 2017, which revealed that she underwent a cosmetic surgery for a reality TV show with her son Andre, which her husband, Olakunle Churchill tried to stop from airing with a court injunction.
In the footage, Tonto is surrounded by a surgical team and is seen going through cosmetic surgery in an unknown hospital.
