Man Utd could announce new manager after 1-1 draw with Leicester – Gary Neville
Former Manchester United captain, Gary Neville, has said the club could announce their next permanent manager following a 1-1 draw with Leicester City on Saturday.
The Red Devils saw their chances of finishing in the Premier League top four become slimmer, as they failed to defeat the Foxes at Old Trafford.
Fred cancelled out Kelechi Iheanacho’s opener, to make sure the hosts left with a share of the points.
United put up another unimpressive performance and Neville has suggested the club could come up with “a PR spike” to cover up for it.
“I suspect after that performance today what we’ll see if a PR spike whereby the manager might be named. I don’t know but, for me, it wouldn’t surprise me.
“You know, I’ve spoken in the last couple of weeks about a new manager coming in and everything thinking, ‘It’s all okay, we’ll go again,” Neville said on Sky Sports.
