Following the recent allegation of human trafficking and organ harvesting leveled against former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, Senator Shehu Sani, has sent a note of caution to Nigerians who are in the habit of traveling out of the country with their housemaids.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Sani wrote
''People who are in the habit of traveling with their young Housemaids abroad to help them take care of their kids should be careful. If the Housemaids decide to report that they were trafficked, the authorities of that country will step into the matter; And it will take you a long time to get out of trouble even if you are innocent.''
