The Benue State Government said that 17 suspected criminals who kidnapped Taraba youths have been arrested. It will be recalled that 23 Takum youths were abducted along Wukari – Takum road in Taraba state last Wednesday. 19 were rescued by a combined team of soldiers and police from Benue and Taraba. Col.
