A man accused of killing a Yale graduate student in Connecticut back in February has been arrested, U.S. Marshals announced Friday May 14. Qinxuan Pan, a graduate student of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology was arrested in Montgomery on Friday morning in connection to the death of 26-year-old Yale graduate student Kevin Jiang in New Haven, Connecticut, on Feb. 6.
