Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has said that he believes his counterpart in Kaduna state, Governor Nasir El-Rufai does not understand the issue of insecurity very well. Katsina Refinery To Cost $2 Billion, Ready In 3 Years

The private sector-driven Niger Republic facilitated approved petroleum refinery in Mashi in Kastina State would cost $2 billion (N724,720,000,000.00), according to a report by The Nation. The planned refinery would have the capacity to produce 150, 000 barrels per day when fully completed in 2021.
