Churches, Mosques Toilets Must be Locked – NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has directed churches and mosques to ensure that their toilets are shut to members as part of the guidelines for religion center reopening across the country. Also part of the guideline is that children and elderly people aged 60 and above to stay back at home. Disclosing the guidelines for the reopening of places of worship on its website, the NCDC urged churches and mosques to fumigate their halls, car parks and wipe all surfaces with disinfecting agents. According to the NCDC, provision must be made for running water, soap and hand sanitizer at points of entry. A group of Nigerians have petitioned the Federal Internal Revenue Service FIRS, demanding the 2015 and 2016 tax receipts of former Vice President now Presidential candidate of PDP in 2019 election, Atiku Abubakar. In the letter signed by the duo of Nelson Ekujumi and Solomon Sobade, the group said information at their disposal shows that Atiku did not pay his Personal Income Tax for several years and only ran to the FIRS in April this year to pay the back-log of only his 2015 – 2017 taxes to meet up with the requirements of INEC. Some countries are still using human beings that push kolekole trucks on foot around town while some other countries are going driver less. They are currently working with the Swedish Waste Management Company (Renova) to deploy the trucks as soon as possible... just as they deployed dump trucks to Swedish mines in 2016.
