Photos of a mansion partly submerged after certain areas of Delta state became flooded has elicited reactions from Nigerians.   The mansion reportedly belongs to Delta State Deputy Speaker, Hon Osanebi Ossai Friday, 40.     Last week, heavy rainfall led to flooding in the area and many homes were affected.   Photos shared online show the extent of the damage done by the flood but Nigerians on Facebook and Twitter felt no sympathy for the owner of the mansion. Osun Assembly Proposes Death Penalty for Kidnappers

Osun State House of Assembly, on Tuesday, held a public hearing on the proposed death penalty for kidnappers, as a response to ravaging insecurity in the state.
