Derek Chauvin’s Inmate says the ex-cop is ‘not Safe’ and Warns that he’s Going to get Beat up a lot’

An inmate at the jail where Derek Chauvin is being held has warned that the convicted former Minneapolis cop is not safe in prison. Hannabal Shaddai, who is serving a life sentence at Minnesota Correctional Facility, doesn’t believe George Floyd’s killer is safe among the prison population because of his former profession and the nature of the crime. Shaddai, 45, claims he doesn't seek revenge but believes Chauvin wouldn't be safe as violence occurs regularly at the maximum-security prison in Oak Park Heights. He told Paradox: “First of all, he’s a cop. Then he did what he did. So it’s not safe for him to be here. Best case scenario for him is he’s going to get beat up a lot. I don’t think he’s safe in any prison population." The prison...

LaLiga: Koeman Angry Over Barcelona’s Loss to Granada

Barcelona manager, Ronald Koeman, has bemoaned his team’s lack of efficiency at both ends of the pitch, as they lost 2-1 to Granada at Camp Nou on Thursday. The result means the Catalans blew the chance to go top of LaLiga with five matches left. Lionel Messi opened the scoring, before missing a big chance to make it 2-0. Darwin Machis and Jorge Molina were left in acres of space to turn the game on its head in the second half. Barca’s second loss in 23 matches, means they are no longer in charge of their own destiny in the title race. “We lost our focus in the second half and made errors at the back,” Koeman told Movistar. “We need to accept the fact we’ve lost, that’s the reality of things. “We had chances to win the game, but that’s that. We’ve got fiv...

Allardyce Backs Ajayi To Bounce Back From Error Against Aston Villa

Boss Sam Allardyce has backed Semi Ajayi to quickly bounce back from the mistake he made in the derby against Villa. The Baggies were 90 seconds away from beating Dean Smith’s side on Sunday but were ultimately held to a point after Kienan Davis fired in to level the scores at 2-2 in stoppage time. Villa’s first goal arrived after Ajayi – who had been recalled to the side at the expense of Dara O’Shea – gave away a needless penalty for a foul on Ross Barkley. Davis’ equaliser meanwhile arrived after Bartley – who has been in outstanding form in recent months – got caught in two minds when it came to clearing a cross. But while Allardyce was left frustrated by those individual errors, he refused to criticise his two centre-backs. And he has backed them and the rest of Alb...

Real Madrid vs Chelsea: Tuchel explains why he substituted Azpilicueta, Pulic, Werner

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has said he took off Cesar Azpilicueta, Christian Pulisic and Timo Werner during their 1-1 draw with Real Madrid, because they were struggling with tiredness. Pulisic opened the scoring in the 14th minute of Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final first leg. Werner had earlier missed a golden chance to break the deadlock, firing a close-range strike straight at Thibaut Courtois. The Blues were soon made to pay for their profligacy, after Karim Benzema equalised on the half-hour mark. Reece James, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz were brought on in place of Azpilicueta, Pulisic and Werner with 20 minutes left. When asked whether it was always his plan to make changes just past the hour-mark, Tuchel replied: “No, you cannot plan. But in ...

Ferdinand also criticised Mourinho’s men for “consistently” making individual mistakes. Bernard’s first half extra-time goal ensured Carlo Ancelotti’s side eliminated Tottenham from the competition after the match ended 4-4 after 90 minutes at Goodison Park. “I have to say I actually feel sorry for him [Mourinho] in some ways,” Ferdinand told BT Sport. “Because in recent weeks he’s changed quite a few times in the way they have approached games. The West Brom game was a bit different when Harry Kane was not playing, and now tonight was open and expansive. “But each and every o...

Liverpool vs Man City: Klopp Speaks on Alisson Becker’s Errors After EPL Defeat

Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, has commented on goalkeeper, Alisson Becker’s errors against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday evening. Klopp defended Becker after the Brazilian made two massive blunders as Man City defeated Liverpool at Anfield, thanks to goals from Ikay Gundogan (2), Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden. Mohamed Salah’s penalty was not enough to give Liverpool a point against Pep Guardiola’s men as the Premier League champions lost three consecutive matches at home for the first time since 1963. Reacting to Becker’s mistakes after the game, Klopp told Sky Sports: “It is true as well we did not give him [Alisson Becker] a lot of options, especially the first one. “Second yeah, he just mishit the ball, maybe he had cold feet, it sounds funny but don’t...

In our opinion, he should be kept far away from high profile matches. This is the 2nd time he...

Harry Kane Reveals why England Lost to Netherlands

England striker, Harry Kane, has said fine margins did not go their way, as they lost 3-1 to Netherlands in the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League on Thursday night. John Stones and Ross Barkley made costly errors, as two extra-time goals earned Ronald Koeman’s men a place in Sunday’s final against Portugal. England had led through Marcus Rashford’s first-half penalty, only for Matthijs de Ligt to head home an equaliser. The Three Lions thought they had scored a late winner through Jesse Lingard, only for VAR to rule the strike out for offside. “We came out a bit slow in the second half but we managed to step it up again, moved it better and scored a goal we thought was the winner. “But there are fine margins in big games like th...

Solskjaer Reveals Goalkeeper that will Start EPL Clash in Huddersfield vs Man Utd

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is standing by David de Gea and intends to start him in Manchester United’s clash with Huddersfield. There have been calls for the Norwegian to drop De Gea following a string of uncharacteristic errors in recent matches. However, Solskjaer is set to call on the Spanish goalkeeper for this weekend’s Premier League clash at Huddersfield. “I would think so, yeah, or he will play. “Sergio was injured yesterday so didn’t train, tweaked his knee, so David’s been training well this week,” he told a press conference on Friday. United are currently sixth, with very slim hopes of making the top four this season.

Sarri Speaks on Changing Chelsea’s Formation Amidst Sack Threat

Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri has insisted that his 4-3-3 formation will not be changed despite pressures to do so. Playing in that formation has seen the London side suffer series of defeats in recent times, which have put Sarri’s job under threat. Speaking at a media conference ahead of his side’s Europa League game against Malmo, Sarri made it clear that his formation still stands. “The system is a false problem. I know very well that, when we lose, [they say] I have to put a striker on the pitch. “When we win, I have to put a defender on the pitch. But I want to see the football in another way,” Sarri said. He however stated that he could try out different players in his system due to recent individual errors in games. “Maybe, but at the moment we are making mistakes wit...

FIFA Chief Busacca ‘Certain’ VAR Can Reduce Refereeing Errors

Refereeing at the Confederations Cup in Russia may have been chaotic at times, but Video Assistant Referees have prevented major mistakes from being made, football’s governing body says. FIFA’s head of refereeing Massimo Busacca says video reviews have not always looked good in tests at the tournament and admitted “many aspects should be improved” including faster, clearer communication after slow reviews have confused players, coaches and fans. “We are certain that this can reduce refereeing errors,” Busacca told a news conference. His choice of words suggests eliminating errors completely at the World Cup is too tough a goal. “We are convinced if used correct[ly], it can reduce many mistakes. But not eliminate. We are here only to reduce,” he said. The former international re...
