Europa League: Peter Crouch predicts whether Arsenal, Man United could win trophy

Former Liverpool striker, Peter Crouch, predicted that he wouldn’t put money on Arsenal beating Manchester United or Roma in the Europa League final this season. Arsenal booked their place in the Europa League semi-finals last week after eliminating Slavia Prague from the competition. Mikel Arteta’s side will face Villarreal in the Europa League semi-final next week, while Manchester United will take on Roma in the other Europa League semi-final fixture. “They [Arsenal] will not be qualifying for Europe through the Premier League. “I look at them sitting in ninth, with 46 points, and I don’t see how any Arsenal fan could say the domestic season has been positive. The 1-1 draw with Fulham summed up everything about the way the year has gone. “The Europa League offers a sh...

The former England International recounted how the Portuguese hauled him out of the pitch at half-time on several occasions without telling him why. Bridge said it could be very difficult playing under Mourinho because of his sometimes “harsh” treatment of players. He suggested that Mourinho may no longer be contacted by top clubs in the Premier League because of his harsh treatment of players. Mourinho was recently sacked as Tottenham manager and there are speculations regarding which club or indeed country he will end up at next. “When things have gone wrong maybe he hasn’t handled it the best,” Bridge told Bettingexpert. “For me, personally, it could...
