Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema found guilty in sex tape blackmail case

France and Real Madrid forward, Karim Benzema has been handed a one-year suspended jail sentence and €75,000 fine after being found guilty in a sex tape blackmail case. Benzema was found guilty of being involved in an attempt in 2015 to blackmail France teammate Mathieu Valbuena, with a sex tape. The allegations against Benzema, which date to 2015, led to him being cast out of the French squad for five years before being brought back into the fold in May in time to play in Euro 2020. The 33-year-old's lawyers have confirmed he will appeal against the verdict. The court decision is unlikely to affect Benzema's immediate sporting future. A man has been handed a suspended jail sentence and a heavy fine, after he deliberately chopped off his own legs to claim a £2.4 million insurance payout.   The defendant named only as Sandor Cs. due to strict local privacy laws, was found guilty of purposely lying down in front of a train so he could pocket the cash in 2014.   The shocking incident meant both his legs were amputated from the knee down and he has been using prosthetic limbs and remained wheelchair-bound ever since. Two Young Men Disgraced, Paraded With Stolen Goats After Being Caught In Kogi (Photos)

Photos have shown the moment two young men were utterly disgraced in Kogi state after they were reportedly caught with some stolen goats. The young men, still unidentified at the moment, were made to walk around their town with the stolen animals as many people gathered together to watch them get embarrassed. Local reports show that the alleged thieves were caught shortly after they had stolen the goats and were promptly rounded up by a mob. They were paraded in public with the goats to embarrass them and also serve as a deterrent to others. It is unclear if they were later handed over to the police.
