5 people have been reported dead and 2 injured in a fatal car accident in Ogun State. The accident involved two cars that collided at Orile Imo axis along the Siun-Sagamu-Abeokuta Road early on Tuesday morning, Punch Metro reports. Commuters Groan As BRT Lane Construction Causes Gridlock On Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway

Motorists and other road users on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway have lamented the hardship caused by chaotic gridlock on the expressway following the ongoing construction of the Oshodi-Abule Egba Bus Rapid Transit lane. The users, who spoke on Monday in Lagos, said that the road was making life unbearable for users on a daily basis.
