Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez is back on the radar of Manchester United. The Sun says United are ready to step up their pursuit of Saul, with Jesse Lingard most likely to suffer most. The Atletico Madrid midfielder has been linked with a £70m move to Old Trafford despite the continuing uncertainty over the transfer market. Chelsea remain ahead of Arsenal in Coutinho loan battle

Chelsea remain favourites to land Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho, despite new attempts from Arsenal. The Daily Express says Chelsea have emerged as favourites to land Brazilian playmaker Coutinho after Bayern Munich opted not to exercise an option to buy. The former Liverpool man has spent the second half of this season on loan at the German giants, but they aren't interested in meeting the £110million asking price. Barca are willing to take a massive hit on the £105m they paid upfront for the 27-year-old and could accept as little as £80m. But the coronavirus crisis means that few clubs will be willing to invest such large sums in players after being starved of income for almost three months. Frank Lampard is in the market for a big-name signing and Coutinho is a pl...

Arsenal pursuing Lyon striker Dembele for 5 years

Arsenal are pushing hard to sign Lyon striker Moussa Dembele this summer. The Daily Record says Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is desperate to put his own stamp on proceedings at the Emirates and could be forced into the market due to a double striker sweat. Star man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has just 12 months remaining on his current deal and Alexandre Lacazette is a target for Inter Milan. But the Gunners' attraction in Dembele isn't new, in fact, they have maintained an interest in him since 2015 and were reportedly ready to rival Spurs six months before his Parkhead switch. They were strongly linked in the summer of 2017 and now appear keen with the potential of reuniting Dembele with his former Celtic team-mate Kieran Tierney. And that could also have a knock-on effect for ...
