Man dodges death after his phone case blocked a bullet fired at him

A man managed to escape death after his Incredible Hulk mobile phone case blocked a bullet which was fired at him. The unnamed victim was shot on October 7 and was admitted to the University Hospital in the city of Petrolina in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco. Police rushed to the scene but the suspects reportedly fled before officers had arrived, and the victim was taken to hospital by paramedics. Doctors initially feared the worse for the victim, until they realised that the bullet didn't penetrate his skin. Body of Kano Varsity Student Found Dumped at Sand Excavation site 5 Days after he was Declared Missing

A 300 level student of the Kano University of Science and Technology (KUST), Wudil, Ahmad Abubakar Idris, has been found dead five days after he was reported missing. It was gathered that the 22-year-old student of the Department of Physics went missing last Saturday, May 1, 2021, when he left the campus with two colleagues to a market in Kano (Farm Centre) to buy a mobile phone. His corpse was discovered at a sand excavation site in Mariri at the outskirts of Kano after police arrested one of the colleagues who was with him before he went missing. A Senior Secondary school student identified as Philemon Igbokwe has been showered with cash gifts for his rare feat of honesty by returning a lost phone to the owner in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. A lawyer, Emma Okah, who disclosed this on Facebook on Sunday, April 11, said the boy saw the mobile phone forgotten by a wedding guest in the restroom of an event centre. The board of directors approved the move on Monday, LG Electronics said in a statement released in Seoul.
