The Future Awards Africa 2020 Winners (Full List)

Mr Macaroni, a comedian; Sam Adeyemi, a senior pastor of the Daystar Christian Centre; and Rema, Mavin Records singer, are among winners of The Future Awards Africa (TFAA) 2020. TFAA had its first TV/digital edition, which doubles as the award’s fifth anniversary, on Saturday due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The annual event aired on Africa Magic, Pop Central, and MTV Base and featured appearances from Funke Akindele, an actress; Tara Fela-Durotoye, a beauty entrepreneur; and Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu, the channel director of M-Net West Africa. ‘Sorry, I Overslept’- Tekno Apologizes For Missing MTV Base Interview

Popular Nigerian artist and music producer, Tekno has explained and apologized for missing a scheduled MTV Base LIVE show. According to an earlier announcement, Tekno was slated to appear on an Instagram Live session with an MTV host. While the show producers went on to apologize to expectant fans, Tekno has also issued an explanation and an apology. According to the singer, he had overslept and didn’t know when he lost track of time. He also shared that he looks forward to making it up to his fans. See Post Here:
