“Such an Insensitive Question” – OAP Toolz Reacts to Pastor Ituah Ighodalo’s Interview on Remarrying Months after his Wife’s Death

OAP Tolu Oniru-Demuren aka Toolz, has said she is appalled at the question thrown at Pastor Ituah Ighodalo on remarrying months after the death of his wife, IbiIbidunni. In an interview with Silverbird TV, one of the hosts had asked the Senior Pastor of Trinity House when he will be having another woman in his life. He stated that he and his late wife had a phenomenal relationship, adding that he gave her everything and no longer has much to give to anybody. Toolz shared a screenshot of the interview on Instagram story saying that the question is insensitive given that it is not even a year since his wife died.

Gospel singer, Tope Alabi, has opened up on the reason why she composed a tribute song for the late Ibidun Ighodalo, who died of a suspected cardiac arrest on Sunday. The 49-year-old opened up about the inspiration behind the song during an interview with the Punch. She said, “When I heard that she had died, I was so down because I couldn’t hold down the emotions. For hours, I was devastated; her death was a big blow. “My husband had a headache throughout that day. By the second day, I was inspired by the Holy Spirit to do a tribute for her. News of Ibidun Ighodalo’s Death was Really Saddening but I Know She is in a Better Place now – Pastor Adeboye

Clergyman. Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has joined other Nigerians to mourn Ibidun Ighodalo,  wife of clergyman, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, who passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 14 in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. In a post shared on his Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday, June 18, the 78-year-old clergyman said he is saddened by Ibidun's demise but knows she is in a better place.''Hearing the news of @ibidunni_ighodalo ‘s demise was really saddening but I know that she is in a better place right now. I pray that the Almighty himself will comfort the family of @pastorituahighodalo in Jesus name.''he wrote Ibidun who ran a successful events management company, Elizabeth R, would have turned 40 in July. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, June 20.

Family and friends of late Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo converged this evening to sing hymns, psalms and light candles in her honor. Ibidun sadly passed away on Sunday, June 17 leaving behind her children, Zenan and Keke, and her hubby, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo. Gospel artistes like Tope Alabi, Efe Nathan, Sammie Okposo, Tosin Martins, Buchi, and  others rendered powerful songs at the service. An emotional moment in the service was when late Ibidun's daughter, Zenan, also rendered a thanksgiving song at the service.   Ibidun will be laid to rest on Saturday, June 20. See more photos below.

What a sad sad Sunday. What a year 2020 has been. Former Beauty queen, Ibidun Ajayi Ighodalo, has died. She was just 40. The former Miss Lux died in her hotel in Port Harcourt, Rivers state today June 14. There are reports she died of Cardiac Arrest. Ibidun is survived by her husband, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, the head pastor of Trinity House church, and their two adopted children, Keke and Zenan.
