The Katsina State Police Command on Friday, paraded a student of one of the tertiary institutions in the state for allegedly kidnapping his 5-year-old cousin and demanding for a N5million naira ransom. The spokesman for Katsina Police Command, SP Gambo Isah while parading the suspects before pressmen on Friday,, said the victim’s father declined to pay the demanded ransom for his son to be released by the bandits.
