JAMB cancels cut-off marks for 2021 admissions

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that it is cancelling the national cut-off mark. The body on Tuesday, explained that tertiary institutions in Nigeria, will now determine its admission benchmark. This decision was reached at the 2021 policy meeting presided over by the Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has raised the alarm over a fake online registration portal for Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) ahead of the 2023 general elections. 4.48 Million Nigerians Apply for N-Power Jobs

Recruitment of the third batch of N-Power enrolees has so far received 4.48 million applications. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Farouq made the announcement via her Twitter handle. Farouq wrote; “My team and I continue to interface with stakeholders to ensure a successful transition for the @npower_ng. It has been 16 days since the portal opened and we have received 4.48 million applications to date”. 91,000 Nigerians Apply for Customs Recruitment in 24 hours

Less than 24 hours after the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) opened its portal for ongoing recruitment exercise, no fewer than 91,000 Nigerians have so far successfully submitted their applications.
