Victor Moses not Likely to Play Under Tuchel at Chelsea

Victor Moses is unlikely to play again for Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea and is close to sealing a permanent move away. If the Russian team qualifies for the Champions League, they will be obliged to pay a release clause to sign the former Super Eagles star permanently. The move might be sealed this weekend if Spartak can avoid defeat away to Akhmat Grozny, while also keeping their goal difference advantage of 10 goals intact over their rivals. Moses made 128 appearances for Chelsea, winning both the Premier League and two Europa League titles at Stamford Bridge.

Rodgers: Why Iheanacho, Ndidi, Leicester Teammates Struggled

Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers believes a hectic fixture list may have caught up Super Eagles duo Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi and their teammates following their 1-1 draw against 10-man Southampton on Friday night. Leicester played against 10 men for 80 minutes of the game after Jannik Vestergaard was sent off for denying Jamie Vardy a goalscoring opportunity. Rodgers’ men however failed to find a winner and therefore dropped points in the race to finish in the top four. And while not offering it as an excuse, Rodgers said their schedule could have contributed to their stalemate at St Mary’s. “W...
