Concern for Wale as he posts a cry for help on Twitter

Wale took to Twitter to post a tweet that left his followers concerned.   The American rapper of Nigerian descent, whose birth name is Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, revealed on Twitter that he's "tired" "drained" and in "pain". He added that he placed his phone on DND (Do Not Disturb) because all the calls coming in are from people wanting him to do things for them.   He wrote: "Since nobody in my circle will help me I’ll just say this on my platform .. I’m trying to get it together but I’m tired I’m drained pain is exhausting . Nigerian born American rapper, Wale who once spoke about how he battled drugs and depression back in 2015 has once again broken down on Instagram. Back then in an interview with Billboard, he sad, 'I was depressed not being where I wanna be in my career when I've put the work in. I wasn't sleeping. I was drinking all day and I didn't have anyone to go to. I couldn't fight it. Those are some of the demons I talk about on the album'. In his new Intstagram post, Wale wrote, 'I can't escape this pain. Sometimes there's absolutelt no one to go to no matter how much they love you. You have no one. No one is more alone than a person who is the focal point'. He went on to say, 'some strong friends have no strong friends'.

Nigerian-American rapper Wale took to his Instagram page to reveal that his long-awaited “Shine” project is just about ready for release. Shine is made up of 14 tracks, including “My Love” and “Fine Girl” where he taps into his Nigerian roots as he features WizKid, Davido and Olamide.
