The Nigeria Police Force has said that police officers in Ebonyi State intercepted about 753 live ammunition meant for General-Purpose Machine Gun (GPMG). Spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, Frank Mba disclosed this in a statement released on Sunday May 2. Mba said the weapons were concealed in a sack being transported in a commercial vehicle from Abakaliki in Ebonyi State, to Umuahia in Abia State.
