Tottenham set to make Forster first summer signing
Tottenham are set to make Fraser Forster their first signing of the summer.
The experienced goalkeeper has agreed to join Spurs on a free transfer from Southampton when his contract expires on June 30.
The 34-year-old will count towards Spurs' homegrown players quota, with current on-loan backup 'keeper Pierluigi Gollini expected to return to Atalanta.
Tottenham are ready to back Antonio Conte in the transfer market this summer after qualifying for next season's Champions League.
They have drawn up a shortlist of first-choice targets that includes strengthening in central midfield, at centre-back and wing-back.
Spurs are also looking for new forwards to provide backup and competition for Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son and Dejan Kulusevski.
