You’re spoilt brats – Ambrose slams Manchester United fans
Former Newcastle United man, Darren Ambrose has slammed Manchester United fans, describing them as ‘spoilt brats. ‘
According to him, fans of the Red Devils must ‘get a ‘grip’ and ‘get in real life’ and stop living in the past.
Manchester United suffered an embarrassing defeat again on Saturday, being their second straight Premier League loss of the new season.
They fell 4-0 inside 35 minutes and are now at the bottom of the table.
The fans have concluded plans to protest during their home fixture against Liverpool, planning to abandon Old Trafford during the game in disagreement with the club’s owners the Glazers family.
But talkSPORT pundit Ambrose has said fans must take their share of the blame, condemning the abuse directed at the players is part of their current decline.
“United supporters need to get a grip, get in real life,” he exclaimed.
“You’re dealing with what other football clubs deal with week in week out.
“Since the Premier League started, it’s now the 30th anniversary, Manchester United have won 13 Premier League titles, five FA Cups, four League Cups, two Champions Leagues and one Europa League.
“…They’re spoilt brats, you haven’t won a title since 2012/13, boohoo.”
